We help experienced RE managers raise capital quickly and efficiently, by introducing them to our deep network of qualified investors. We place common and preferred equity capital in multifamily residential, industrial, commercial and retail assets.
Our target is equity capital raises between $10-50 million, representing 15-25% of the transaction value. We work with experienced operators who own and manage an existing portfolio and have a successful track record of exits and returned investor capital. We have a high demand for multifamily acquisitions in sunbelt states, however we are asset agnostic and place capital across the US real estate market.
